Purchasing Info:

When selecting an item, please use the "add to cart" button. You will be contacted as soon as possible after recieving your order. It will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Layaway is accepted; 1/2 down for deposit and 1/2 balance paid in full after one month. If the balance is not paid within the month and no contact is made, Gothic Illusions reserves the right to keep your deposit and put your doll back up for sale. Paypal is preferred at this time, however personal checks will be accepted. The check must clear before the item is mailed out.

Returns:

All products are sold as is. No returns on any kind of OOAK product on this site. Please read my descriptions and view all pictures very carefully before making a purchase. All dolls and ensembles are photographed at various angles to highlight their design and condition at time of sale. Thanks for taking the time to read and understand my policies. Gothic Illusions appreciates their good customers!

Gothic Illusions will insure all packages for their full value. The buyer is responsible for all other associated shipping costs.
